Build and respond
Proposed particle bodies show states and allow local interactions. The patent application describes mechanical, magnetic, and electronic variations.
MILSPUR / QUANTUM-INSPIRED PRODUCT CONCEPT
Milspur is a proposed three-state physical toy particle system. Its changeable state and interaction rules are designed for hands-on play, quantum-inspired learning, and a story world that gives each rule consequences.

WHAT MILSPUR IS
The fictional particle has positive, negative, and dual-polarity states. In the proposed physical version, each toy particle could display its state and respond to other particles through coupling features, movement, light, sound, or other mechanisms.
The point is to make a state change visible and playable. The same rules can carry into lessons, digital interactions, and stories without asking those formats to invent a different Milspur each time.
Explore the design decisionsTHE DESIGN QUESTION
Fixed positive and negative objects can demonstrate attraction or repulsion. They do not, on their own, let someone explore a dual state that can change. Milspur’s proposal begins with that gap: give a toy particle a visible state, rules for interaction, and a reason those rules matter.
ONE SYSTEM / SEVERAL USES
Proposed particle bodies show states and allow local interactions. The patent application describes mechanical, magnetic, and electronic variations.
Play could help people become more comfortable with ideas such as superposition, measurement, and instability while making clear that Milspur is a fictional model inspired by quantum physics.
Will’s existing stories and nation notes explore how a fictional resource and its rules affect decisions, shortages, and daily life.

REPRESENTATIVE DRAWING
The dual-polarity state is meant to be more than two symbols on one object. The patent application describes it as a distinct, less stable state whose outcome can depend on rules, chance, or an event in play.
